Clair Horton Voss (September 16, 1920 – August 10, 1998) was a Presiding Judge of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Voss was born in Antigo, Wisconsin in September 16, 1920.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Clair H. Voss )
He attended Marquette University, Marquette University Law School and the University of Notre Dame. At Marquette, he also played on the varsity football team. During World War II, he served as a combat platoon leader with the 5th Marine Division. He would take part in the Battle of Iwo Jima and was awarded the Navy Cross, Purple Heart and the Presidential Unit Citation for his service. Voss would marry Betty Kivian, with whom he had four children. She died in 1978. In 1980, he married Joanne Foley, a widow who had six children of her own. Voss chaired the local affiliations of the American Red Cross and March of Dimes and was active in the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans and the Legion of Valor of the United States of America, Incorporated. He was also active in his local church and coached grade school football and basketball teams.
Voss died on August 10, 1998.
